We focus on safe, evidence-based exercise for people with chronic conditions, injuries, disabilities, or those looking to stay active and healthy. What types of sessions do you offer?
We mainly do one-on-one personalised sessions at your home, via telehealth, or in the community. We begin with a thorough assessment, then build and adjust your custom program as you progress. Group sessions are available in some cases.Who We Help & What We SupportWhat conditions or goals do you work with?

Yes, exercise physiology is a recognised support under NDIS (often under Capacity Building for Improved Health and Wellbeing or Daily Living). We provide home visits, telehealth, and gym-based sessions, and we work with self-managed, plan-managed, or NDIA-managed plans. We can discuss your goals and help sort the funding side.Do you support Home Care Packages or aged care?

Call us on 0433 662 697 or use the contact form on the website. Share a quick overview of your situation and any funding (NDIS, Medicare, private, etc.), and we’ll set up an initial assessment, either at home or via telehealth. What happens in the first session?
We review your health history, current abilities, goals, and do some safe movement checks. Then we outline a plan tailored to you and often start with gentle exercises on the spot.Do I need a referral?
Not usually. You can book directly for private, self/plan-managed NDIS, or aged care. Medicare needs a GP referral, and some DVA or insurance claims do too. What if mobility is limited or I can’t leave home?
That’s our main focus. Home visits are core to what we do, and telehealth is a solid option when in-person isn’t practical. How much does it cost?
It varies by funding. Private sessions are competitively priced for mobile services. NDIS, Medicare, aged care, or insurance can cover most or all costs when you’re eligible. We’ll give you a clear breakdown based on your circumstances. How can I contact you?
